When will my order Ship?
- We offer fast, free shipping within the continental US. If you need an order expedited, please let us know immediately. Rush shipping rates will apply.
- Please allow at least 2 business days to process your order. Once processed, the order will be packaged and shipped via USPS.
How long does shipping take?
- The weight of your package and your destination will determine the approximate shipping time.
- We will provide you with a tracking number upon fulfillment.
- Most packages should arrive between 3-5 business days, unless it's expedited shipping.
RETURNS
What is your Exchange Policy?
- Currently all shipped orders are final sale.
- We allow exchanges of items that are purchased or picked up in store only within 2 weeks of purchase date (not date of pickup).
- Exchanged Items must be free from pet hair, perfume, & makeup, with original tags attached and in new condition.
- All shoes, accessories, sale items, & swimwear are FINAL SALE.
- If you receive an item that is damaged due to a factory defect, please let us know within THREE days upon receiving your item or the exchange will no longer be valid.
- There will be a $5.00 restocking fee for all local pick up orders placed online.
- We reserve the right to deny any exchange at any time. Please do not ask the store employees to exchange items that are not within the time period as they are not authorized to do so.
What is your Return Policy?
- Currently all shipped orders are final sale.
- We offer STORE CREDIT ONLY on returns made in-store and on local pickup orders within two weeks of purchase date.
- All shoes, accessories, sale items, & swimwear are FINAL SALE.
- If you receive an item that is damaged due to a factory defect, please let us know within THREE days upon receiving your item or the refund/exchange will no longer be valid.

When will I receive my Store Credit?
If your return complies with the policies listed above, then you shall receive your store credit immediately upon finalizing the return.
