1. We offer fast, free shipping within the continental US for orders over $75. Please let us know immediately if you need an order expedited. Rush shipping rates will apply.

2. We allow exchanges of items that are purchased or picked up in store only within 2 weeks of purchase date (not date of pickup). 
3. Exchanged Items must be free from pet hair, perfume, & makeup, with original tags attached and in new condition.  
4. All shoes, accessories, sale items, & swimwear are FINAL SALE.
5. If you receive an item that is damaged due to a factory defect, please let us know within THREE days upon receiving your item or the exchange will no longer be valid. 
6. There will be a $5.00 restocking fee for all local pick up orders placed online. 
7. We reserve the right to deny any exchange at any time. Please do not ask the store employees to exchange items that are not within the time period as they are not authorized to do so.
